For safety and sanitary reasons Pacifiers are a NON-RETURNABLE purchase! Any item(s) ordered that are Custom made including but not limited to Personalized items containing Names, Initials etc... are NOT returnable unless a mistake has been made on our part.
For returns on other merchandise that is NOT Custom, Personalized and/or a Pacifier contact us at 225-278-9998 for a return authorization and the following terms apply: Products returned must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt. Products kept for over 7 days from receipt of item(s) without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging! Baby Bling Boutique will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.

Shipping is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, which typically takes 3-4 business days excluding weekends and holidays and may vary depending on package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Due to the popularity and nature of products please allow up to 4-6 weeks (not typical) once your order/payment has been received for your item to ship but will usually be ready within 3-4 weeks depending on item/quantity of order.
